The operator is the foundation. The founder is the goal.
My core direction is business, built with AI as the edge: how companies are grown, scaled, and funded, and how AI lets one operator do it faster than a team. The goal is to build and scale my own, raise at a serious (YC-style) level, and operate at the level of the founders and CEOs I study.
AI is the edge. Business is the game.
I'm not choosing between them. I'm using AI to build and grow businesses, that's the whole direction. The growth and AI-implementation work I do now isn't a phase I'm leaving behind; it's the unfair advantage I'll build my own companies with, one operator moving at the speed of a team.
The plan was never to stay the operator. It's to become the owner.
Foundation now. Founder next.
Where I am now, and the center I'm moving toward.
Not one niche. The whole field.
I'm studying business across every type, not a single corner, because the patterns that build one transfer to the next.
Business, the way the best actually do it.
- Business models and processes, how the machine actually runs.
- How funding works, and Y Combinator specifically: what they want and how you get in.
- Studying founders, CEOs, and operators, their decisions, failures, and regrets, not just the highlight reel.
- Reaching the right audience, and the right investors.
Leveling up the operator, not just the work.
