I work both sides of a business: what gets built, and how customers find it. Most people do one or the other.

On the technical side that is production websites, brand and design-token systems, a search and AI-visibility stack, and Python data pipelines for scraping at scale and API integration. On the growth side, content and social, cold email infrastructure, prospecting and list building, and the outreach loop that runs on top of them.

Across three brands I own the websites, a design system, the full SEO / GEO / AEO stack, and a content engine that publishes everywhere from one click. For one of them I designed the database and built the scraper behind it.

I work with AI as the execution layer, and I document each build as a runbook so it can be run again without me. An operator, not an ML engineer: I deploy and orchestrate AI, I do not train models.

Every build ships with a runbook, so the thing keeps running whether or not I am the one running it.

  • Show up and actually work, not just observe or learn in theory.
  • I think out loud, iterate, and ship on live main, then fix forward.
  • I'm an AI implementation operator, not an ML engineer. I deploy and orchestrate AI to solve real business problems; I don't train models from scratch.

Now I'm widening into the business layer itself: how companies are built, grown, funded and scaled, with the goal of building and running my own.
