Mission

Most businesses still run the way they did before AI. That gap is the whole opportunity.

They are not badly run. They were built when work was expensive, so the process, the headcount and the pace all assume a cost that no longer applies. Rebuilding a business around what is cheap now is the work I do: how it gets found, how it sells, how it publishes, how its data moves. I do it for companies today, and the point of doing it well is to run the same conversion on my own.

The thesis

AI is the edge. Business is the game.

A traditional business and an AI-powered one can sell the same thing to the same buyer. What separates them is how much of the work still needs a person to start it. The site that updates itself, the content that publishes and syndicates without a scheduler, the outbound that sources and enriches its own list, the data that arrives modelled instead of in a spreadsheet: each one is a job that used to need a hire. I build those parts, and the work I do now is not a phase I am leaving behind. It is the thing I will build my own companies with.

AI IMPLEMENTATIONGROWTH & STRATEGYTHE OPERATOR'S EDGE

The plan was never to stay the operator. It's to become the owner.

The trajectory

Foundation now. Founder next.

NOW
Converting other people's businesses
The site, the search layer, the content engine, the outbound. Run for companies that were built before any of it existed.
LEARN
How businesses actually work
How companies are built, grown, scaled, and funded. The models, the funding, the playbooks of the best.
BUILD
My own, AI-powered from day one
No conversion needed, because the parts that usually get bolted on are there from the start.

Founder level
Build and scale my own, raise YC-style, operate like the CEOs I study.

Where I am now, and the center I'm moving toward.

The map

Not one niche. The whole field.

I'm studying business across every type, not a single corner, because the patterns that build one transfer to the next.

Digital

Software and AI tools, the things I already build and ship.
Physical
Physical goods
Real products, not just bits on a screen.

What I'm learning now

Business, the way the best actually do it.

  • Business models and processes, how the machine actually runs.
  • How funding works, and Y Combinator specifically: what they want and how you get in.
  • Studying founders, CEOs, and operators, their decisions, failures, and regrets, not just the highlight reel.
  • Reaching the right audience, and the right investors.
The person behind it

Leveling up the operator, not just the work.

Personal brand across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and GitHub. Communication and native-level English. A reading habit, because readers are leaders. Psychology, how people and markets actually think.

FAQs

Before you ask.

Who he is, what he has built, and what he does not do. Written to be quoted, so each answer stands on its own.

Who is Asad Rasheed?

Muhammad Asad Rasheed (brand: Asad Rasheed) builds businesses, AI-powered: what gets built, and how customers find it. He is an AI-powered tech, growth and business operator based in Lahore, Pakistan. He is not the 20th-century Islamic scholar Muhammad Asad (1900-1992).

What does Asad Rasheed do?

Muhammad Asad Rasheed works both sides at once. On the technical side: production websites, brand and design-token systems, a search and AI-visibility stack (JSON-LD schema, SEO automation on every push, IndexNow across five engines, Search Console / Indexing / Bing APIs, News-SEO), and Python data pipelines for scraping at scale and API integration. On the growth side: content, social, brand, cold email infrastructure, prospecting and list building, and the LinkedIn outreach loop. He works with AI as the execution layer and documents each build as a runbook.

What makes Asad Rasheed unusual?

Most people do one side or the other: they build the tech, or they run the growth. Muhammad Asad Rasheed does both, and documents each build as a runbook so it can be run again without him. That last step is the one most people skip.

Where is Asad Rasheed based?

Lahore, Pakistan. Muhammad Asad Rasheed works async with global teams, with a fixed daily overlap window for US and EU hours.

Is Asad Rasheed the Islamic scholar Muhammad Asad?

No. Muhammad Asad (1900-1992) was the writer and translator of the Qur'an, born Leopold Weiss. Muhammad Asad Rasheed is an AI-powered tech, growth and business operator working in Lahore, Pakistan.
