My role
Independent client work, delivered solo end to end.
The problem
A UK SaaS client needed high-impact product/marketing video without a film budget.
What I did
- Produced cinematic AI video with voice-cloned narration and AI visuals, scripted and edited end to end.
- Delivered 4 finished pieces across the contract (demo-1 through demo-4) for Cipher Knights Ltd, Leicester UK.
- Built a repeatable AI-video pipeline I can run again end to end.
The result
All milestones approved and paid. A repeatable AI-video pipeline I now offer as a service.
The judgment call: what the AI couldn't do
The first AI cuts looked impressive but drifted off-script and off-brand. The deliverable was in the edit, the retakes, and the calls on what to cut, not in the generation.
